Dr. Dawson is one of Sierra Neurosurgery Group’s founding physicians. In 1980 he and Dr. Joseph Walker created Sierra Neurosurgery Group. Dr. Davis graduated with his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed his residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also served as a Medical Officer in the Unites States Navy.
