Claudette Barnes, Clinical Supervisor

A deep respect for the physicians she works for and love for the patients she serves has kept Claudette Barnes at Sierra Neurosurgery Group since 1996.

As Clinical Supervisor, Claudette is able to put the skills she has acquired over those years, in a variety of different roles, to work supervising the departments for surgery scheduling, prior authorization and clinical assistants. Her well-rounded understanding of the practice was earned with stints as a scheduler at Washoe County Medical Center (now Renown Regional Medical Center), at Sierra Neurosurgery Group’s front desk, in their films department, and as a physician’s assistant.

Away from work, Claudette enjoys spending time with her two daughters, country dancing and fishing the lakes of the Sierras.
