CAITLIN CLARKIN, PA-C

Due to her remarkable success in PA school at Daemen College in Buffalo, NY, Caitlin was the only PA student in the country selected for the esteemed Roswell Park Cancer Institute’s Internship in Neurosurgery.

While completing her internship, she spent 2 years advocating for PA student’s participation in cancer research. Additional milestones in her internship were presenting research on Glioblastoma multiforme , Von Hippel-Lindau disease and Treatment-resistant Epilepsy at Honor Society Conferences across the East Coast.

Caitlin is excited to call Reno her new home and is thrilled to work alongside Dr. Michael Moore. According to Caitlin, a common misperception is that PA’s work only in Primary Care. She wants to spread the word that PA’s play a huge role in every state and in every specialty, including surgical specialties. We are so proud that she has chosen Sierra Neurosurgery Group to share her unique experience and advocacy for cancer patients.
