October 31, 2007 – Team Brain Power raised spirits, laughter and excitement with a festive Halloween celebration that included tricks, treats, costumes and holiday competitions.

The festivities pitted department against department in a costume and decorating contest. The clinic floor won with its CSI theme that included a murder case with a dead body and ghoulish clues to the murder. The transcription department put their creativity and pumpkin carving skill to work capturing top prize in the patient judged pumpkin carving contest. Their winning entry featured a pumpkin cat with a live goldfish in its belly.

Pictured to the right is part of the clinic department’s winning “CSI” team, Andrew, Claudette and Jodi.

To the right and below, the 60s were alive and well in the SNG basement with Mary, Yvonne, Teri and Cecilia showing the love. The pumpkin carving contest was won by this ‘purrrfectly’ delightful design done by the transcription department. The Kollect-a-lada-do tribe (aka the billing office), Featuring jenny and Brenda, took a “Survivor” twist on Halloween.
