At Sierra Neurosurgery Group we regularly receive letters, phone calls and emails from patients and their families thanking us for the care we provide. While patient appreciation is not the reason we serve the Northern Nevada community, it is gratifying and humbling to know that the work we do has such a direct and positive impact on our patients’ quality of life. We recently received this letter from a patient thanking us for the care she received 15 years ago.

Dr. Jay Morgan was my neurosurgeon after a horrific vehicle accident on Oct 20, 1995. I just wanted to say how appreciative of him I am to this day! He performed a fusion on my cervical spine. He was an amazing surgeon!

Today, I work as an EMT for a local ambulance company in Sacramento, CA. I have been doing this for 8 years. I am also really into running. I ran my first marathon last December and I hope there will be many more in the future. I just ran my second half. If it wasn’t for the excellent work and patient care from Dr. Morgan, I would not be where I am today.

If you would please forward this to him and thank him for me, I would be very grateful!
Thank you for your time.
