Dr. Lali Sekhon successfully performed the FIRST implantation of the PRESTIGE LP artificial disc prosthesis in Nevada this week. The device is the only a truly MR-friendly disc prosthesis it also represents the cutting edge in artificial disc technology. The surgery took 60 minutes and the patient was discharged home 23 hours later with her arm pain resolved.
